To avoid paying for sales tax please bring a prescription from your doctor for massage as needed. This one time document will be in your chart and eliminate the need to collect sales tax.

Aromatherapy : Has been known to relieve pain, improve mood, and promote relaxation. Can be added to lotion or used in the diffuser to enhance any massage. Complementary!

Relaxation Massage: A smooth and gentle treatment that increases circulation and decreases muscle tension. It increases the overall sense of well being. It utilizes varying techniques with a focus on reaching the parasympathetic state where we rest and digest to promote healing. This is a great way to decompress from the stress of life. As with all massage Face, Head, Glutes, and Feet are optional.

Deep Tissue Massage: Targets deep and chronic tension in muscles deeper with direct pressure and slow strokes. Can increase muscle flexibility, decrease scar tissue and improve range of motion.

Therapeutic Massage: More focused deep tissue treatment using stretch, trigger point release, which can be focused on a specific area of the body. Muscle Energy Technique to get longer lasting relief than relaxation massage alone. Carpal tunnel symptoms can be treated and potentially alleviated. Studies have shown that even with surgery, carpal tunnel can return without treating the primary cause first. 

Myofascial Release: A safe and very effective technique applying gentle sustained pressure into connective tissue restrictions over 3-5 min or more per positioning to restore motion, eliminate pain and this can provide long lasting relief. This type of massage is performed on washed skin without lotion, and no lotion is applied. Women wear a sports bra and loose shorts as skin contact and friction is needed to achieve release of the fascia layer on top and within the muscle. The fascia system, among many things, allows gliding of muscles preventing sticking and restriction of movement. If a bind in the fascia "netting" occurs, then blood vessels, nerves becomes entrapped and crushed under 2,000 lbs of pressure per square inch. There are no scans or procedures to be able to be view this system. Do not be discouraged with your chronic pain, I am eager to help. 

Couples Massage: Enjoy a relaxation or therapeutic massage for 60 with a special someone in the very skilled hands of experienced therapists.  Able to upgrade to 90 min for a total of $240 plus tax and gratuity.  Must be booked with advanced notice to allow for scheduling with a second massage therapist. Same day cancelation fee of half of service will be charged. 

Chair Massage: Performed in a massage chair while fully clothed giving a chance to get relaxed without the full session or needing to undress. Using compression and kneading to loosen the back and upper body to achieve relaxation in a variety of settings. Great for Client appreciation events, outdoor events, or a budget friendly option.

On-Site Mobile Massage: I bring the table and the relaxation to you! The ability to stay relaxed after a massage or take a nap is a lovely option! We do require a smoke free environment and clean space to set up to protect our equipment.
