I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 14 years and have enjoyed helping many different types of people to get back to life on their terms. Over the last 12 years I have been doing home health care and really enjoy helping people get back on their feet. I've always been driven to help decrease pain, improve restriction of movement and educate on good body mechanics. I want you to feel the best you can so you can thrive wherever life takes you.
I am certified in Myofascial Release 1 from John F Barnes Myofascial release and I'm planning to continue advancing my certifications in MFR while also learning advanced techniques in other modalities. Continuing education is a requirement in most medical professions but my view of it goes beyond that. Continuing to learn and grow is how I can give the best experience to you the client with optimal outcomes.
I am a wife and mom and have been in Madison for the last 10 years and love the community. My husband is a professional musician and this led to my passion for helping musicians avoid debilitating restrictions or pain from repetitive use injury and strain. I have 3 young children whom we homeschool. I love hiking, swimming, exploring new places and finding time to just breathe slow.
